walkB4Urun is for all people wanting to gain a good level of fitness and have fun along the way, its an alternative to the gym, with no joining fee. so great value for money. We are a membership organisation and are affliliated to sporting bodies, you can choose to book classes in advance or pay each week. Go to the membership page to find the details.

SHINE Marathon Manchester
walkB4Urun members are now training for this Cancer Research Event on 17th April 2010. Aiming to complete both the half and full marathons. See www.shine.cancerresearchuk.org. enter now to help develop this event - Manchester needs a good marathon and why leave it to the runners to get all the glory - walkers train hard too!!!
MOONWALK 2009 SUCCESS
Walking success for our 3 members who completed the 26.2 mile marathon power walk in London on 16th May - all they then had to do was get in the car and get on the start line of the Manchester 10k 4 hours later. - see the Moonwalk Challenge page.
Your walkB4Urun coaches are trained through the UK Athletics coaching scheme. walkB4Urun is affiliated to UK Athletics and ARC (Association of Running Clubs).
